Trading pitches are confirmed when your invoice is paid, and your signed booking form is received.

Please enclose a copy of your public liability insurance (minimum £2 million) with your booking form.

Food traders to enclose a copy of their local authority registration details and food hygiene certificates.

Essential Information

Address: Gosport High Street, PO12 1DA

Hours: 10am-8pm

Trading hours & setup: Traders may arrive from 7:30am and must be fully set up by 10am. Vehicles must be removed from the market area by 9:30am. Traders must not pack up before 8pm. All pitches must be cleared by 9pm.

Parking: There is free onsite parking which will be signposted.

Electricity: Electricity is only available for food and drink traders. Traders requiring electricity must provide full details of their requirements no later than three weeks prior to the event. Traders using electricity are responsible for their own risk assessment and visitor’s safety.

Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is not available. Traders should make their own arrangements with regard to accepting payments.

Waste: Traders are required to take rubbish with them. Bins are provided onsite for visitors only.

Structure: A 3m x 3m gazebo must be supplied by the trader unless otherwise agreed with Nest & Anchor Events. It is the trader’s responsibility to ensure the safety of their structure. It is the traders responsibility to ensure the gazebo is secure and weighted down…failure to do so will result in being asked to leave the event.

Terms & Conditions

Right to refuse: Nest & Anchor Events reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse any application and return in full any fees received.

Exclusivity: Nest & Anchor Events does not guarantee traders sole right within their specific commodity, unless agreed in writing by prior arrangement.

Sale items: You may not trade anything that’s not been agreed with Nest & Anchor and declared on your booking form.

Pitch allocation: Allocation of trading space is at Nest & Anchor Event’s sole discretion.

Cancellation: Pitch fees are non-refundable. Should it be necessary for Nest & Anchor to cancel the event, full refunds will be given or an alternative date will be offered.

Risk Assessment: A risk assessment is the responsibility of each trader to ensure the safety of visitors.

Behaviour: Traders are required to represent the market at all times, and conduct themselves in a courteous manner towards the public and fellow traders.

Damage: In the event of traders damaging the site, they will be responsible for the cost of repairs.

Responsibility: Traders participate in the market entirely at their own risk. Nest & Anchor Events are not liable for theft or damage to stock. It is the traders responsibility to ensure their gazebo is secure.
